Our team
About the Founder
Ulugbek, born and raised in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, embarked on his international journey in 1990 through the Seattle - Tashkent exchange program. He later studied in Seattle and New Mexico on scholarships before settling in Portugal in 1993. Graduating with honors from European University in 1997, he completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program in 2009. With 25 years of experience in consulting, banking, and real estate, Ulugbek founded Finbek, offering his expertise to clients. He is fluent in Uzbek, Russian, English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
